For this latest update, catch the following:

Ray Guns: Lots and lots of awesome space guns. A Mazinga ray gun, Flash Gordon (the movie) gun, and some other cool ones. Totally worth looking at.

TH3 Project: Added a Thur gun and a page on the ZX series of guns. Related to above, sure, but TH3 baby.

Micronauts: A Grandstand Toys knock off Deltarian Fighter. Have to see it to believe it.

Ideal Cap Gun

Been watching vintage Electric Company with my 6 year old. I still love Easy Reader. Also just finished watching the American version of Life on Mars. What a spectacular show!

Watching that awesome 70′s-ness turned my thoughts to toys and BEM. So a few updates.

War Heroes

Started a fledgling Microman section. I won’t try to replicate the awesome work done by other sites cataloging this massive toy line, but you will find nice photos from my collection. If you’re not familiar with this line of awesome Japanese toys, take a look at my first posting – The Microman Speed Jumper.

Like WWII? Check out the War Heroes. A line of Mego like action heroes from the Big One. Both carded and loose photos.

Traditional super heroes more your bag, baby? Come fly with Superman. Lex, Jor El, and General Zod all grace the BEM.

Jay J. Arms and his Goodies

Okay, I said I’d soon put up Jay J. Arms, aka JJ Arms pages. It only took me FIVE WHOLE MONTHS!

I work on glacial speed settings. But hey, I was trying to finish my novel, write some comics, and do a bunch of other crap to avoid actually doing things I’m supposed to do. Any way, here you go. JJ. Enjoy.

We had been chatting about doing an homage to the toys and getting said creator to tell their story and finally got off our butts to approach said creator. 

Good news is he agreed! So at some unidentified point in the future we will be getting the unabridged editions of the creations of two of my favorite toys. 

Can you guess which toys and how they’re connected? First person to do so will get some lame prize from me.
